This package is a recurring charge for each month of service. Included in Each Team Hired Outbound Marketing Package *Onboarding consultation call with our Outbound Management team to acquaint new Clients with our process; *One (1) dedicated outbound caller who will contact leads on behalf of your business; *Weekly and monthly reporting Time Definitions Full-time employees work 40 hours per week and part-time employees work 20 hours per week. Contract Term Changes Should the Client adjust the filters on the outbound team requirements from the originally agreed-upon terms, a new agreement must be made in writing prior to changes taking place. Package Change Requests All requests to increase or decrease the number of outbound team members or an increase in the number of leads coming into the system must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or the Outbound Management team. Any increases will be charged to the card on file; any balance will be used as a credit toward the next month’s invoice. Cancellations and Refunds All requests to cease monthly services must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or the Outbound Management team within fourteen (14) days of his/her next billing date. Any refund must be requested within thirty (30) days of the signing of the contract, including partial refunds. Any cancellations after 30 days will be issued as a credit towards future services for the Client. Billing Terms Most Clients choose to continue services beyond the initial month. To prevent delays in service, Team Hired’s subscription service bills every 30 days until the Client notifies his or her Sales Representative. Party Responsibilities Client acknowledges that Team Hired is responsible for consistently calling leads supplied by the client. Client also acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the Client to provide Team Hired with prospect lists that have been scrubbed against the DNC, including extending job offers, presenting the compensation plan, and securing licensing (if required). Outbound Team Bonus An additional $1 per live transfer will be charged to the Client’s card on file that will be billed at the end of each month. Additional Details Team Hired does not guarantee a particular number of calls or transfers per month of service. By signing below, you agree to these terms.
