The Employee Accountability Program Includes:
- Two (2) daily group accountability meetings with enrolled team members.
- One (1) end of day and one (1) monthly performance report for collective enrolled team members.
- Metrics include: talk time, calls made, quotes, households connected with, and sales completed.
- Collaborative learning experiences with peer-to-peer group employee meetings to provide motivation, brainstorming, and tactical discussions.
- Assistance with providing business operational organization and structure to focus enrolled employees.
- Outsourced, cost-effective sales management.
