Team Hired Terms of Agreement

As part of our agreement with you (Client), we (Team Hired) agree to help you reach a certain number of hires. Our Always Be Hiring recruitment packages allow for an uncapped number of hires by the Client and are a recurring charge for each month of service.

If events are cancelled by the Client, the number of confirmed interviews that have already been scheduled will count toward the total number of allowable interviews in your plan.

Team Hired utilizes our proprietary Virtual Interview Process (VIP) methodology to place eligible candidates in front of each Client.

Included in Each Team Hired Recruiting Package
*A detailed onboarding consultation with our Senior Account Manager to acquaint new Clients with our process;
*A dedicated Account Manager who will be our Client’s personal point of contact throughout the hiring process;
*Paid job ads are crafted, posted, and monitored for each position;
*Candidate scheduling for each hiring event;
*Facilitation of and participation in virtual hiring events;
*An interview guide and digital hiring course to help Clients better understand the VIP methodology;
*Candidate scheduling for final interviews to determine a job offer;
*Online licensing course to facilitate candidate licensing 

Virtual Interview Process 
Team Hired utilizes a unique Virtual Interview Process (VIP) to conduct your job searches. There will be no in-person meetings for first interview hiring events. If you choose to utilize in-person final interviews, the dedicated Account Manager will facilitate your request.

Hiring Event Cancellation Policy 
Should any scheduled hiring events be cancelled by the Client, the number of confirmed interviews that have already been scheduled will count towards the total number of allowable timeslots based on the Client’s plan (either two or four events per month allocation based on package).

Interview Facilitation
If the Client is unable to be present for a scheduled first hiring event, we will facilitate the virtual interview on the Client’s behalf. However, Team Hired will not facilitate or participate in final job interviews that would require us to make a hiring decision on behalf of the Client.

Replacement Hires
Should the client extend a job offer to a Candidate and the Candidate accepts the position, Team Hired does not provide replacement candidates if the Candidate does not work out.

Licensed Hires
Team Hired does not guarantee that a Candidate has his or her insurance license.

Package Change Requests
All requests for the upgrade or downgrade of an Always Be Hiring package must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager. All increases will be charged to the card on file; any balance will be used as a credit toward the next month’s invoice.

Cancellations and Refunds
All requests to cease continual hiring services must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager within fourteen (14) days of his/her next billing date. 

Any refund must be requested within thirty (30) days of the signing of the contract, including partial refunds for any multi-hire packages. Any cancellations after 30 days will be issued as a credit towards a future hiring event for the Client. 

Package Transfers
Should the Client purchase a recruitment package and choose to transfer it to another agent, this request must be made in writing. Both the Transferor and the Transferee will be required to state that they agree with moving the services to the new agent. Team Hired will require that the Transferee sign a new contract for the package (sans payment). Team Hired is also not responsible for any financial agreement between the Transferor and Transferee.

Additional Hiring 
As the Always Be Hiring packages allow for uncapped hires, Clients may hire as many candidates as they choose. 

Party Responsibilities
Client acknowledges that Team Hired is responsible for supplying a minimum of the required number of hiring events as outlined in this contract; Team Hired will also assist with scheduling second interviews with candidates chosen by Client. Client also acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the Client to secure their new hire, including extending job offers, presenting the compensation plan, and securing licensing (if required).

Package Details

BILLING TERMS: Always Be Hiring Monthly (4 Weeks)

*Two-month minimum of continuous service is required. 


* Most Clients choose to continue hiring beyond the requisite two months. To prevent delays in service, Team Hired’s subscription service bills every 30 days until the client notifies either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager in writing.

* Includes four (4) hiring events per month.

*Two (2) licensing bootcamps per month are included. Licensing bootcamps can be purchased for an additional cost. Clients can purchase these through either their Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager.

* Team Hired does not guarantee hires but will guarantee to put at least 10 potential candidates in front of the Client each month.

* After 6 months, the agreement will not renew unless written notice is supplied to billing@teamhired.com, or to the Client’s Sales Representative or assigned Account Manager. The Client can sign up again or discontinue services by taking no further action.

* Client may use packages to interview and hire for multiple positions, businesses, and/or locations with fourteen (14) days written notice.

* Should the Client opt to switch hiring efforts from one position, business, and/or location to another position, business, and/or location, the Client must provide Team Hired with written notice at least seven (7) days prior to the change.

* Client may also set up a role or job rotation every 2 weeks on a predetermined schedule and may change the schedule at any time if the client gives fourteen (14) days written notice or more on any changes to the schedule. 

* If the Client is unable to attend a pre-scheduled weekly group virtual interview, Team Hired will send the client a recording of the meeting. 

* Client may cancel the Agreement and Payments with fourteen (14) days written notice. 

* Hiring Potential from Events is Unlimited for the Client, and the Client will not be charged any additional funds, regardless of how many hires are selected from the Candidate Pool in the Group Virtual Hiring Events.
