Team Hired Terms of Agreement

Service Scope: Team Hired agrees to present one (1) interview-ready, qualified candidate to the Client for employment consideration.

*$1 Interview Fee: A $1.00 interview fee is required to participate in this program and interview the candidate presented by Team Hired. A valid credit or debit card is required, and the Client authorizes Team Hired to charge the payment method provided $1.00 prior to the interview. The $1.00 interview fee is separate from any placement fee and is non-refundable once the interview has been scheduled.

*No Upfront Placement Fee: Other than the $1.00 interview fee described above, the Client incurs no upfront recruiting or placement fee. The applicable placement fee is due only if the Client hires a candidate presented by Team Hired and the candidate accepts the Client’s offer of employment.

*Placement Fees: Upon the Client extending an offer of employment that is accepted by a candidate presented through this service, the following one-time placement fee will apply:

Local Unlicensed Candidate: $1,500
Local Licensed Candidate: $2,500
Remote Licensed Candidate: $2,000

*The applicable placement fee will be based on the position and work arrangement for which the candidate was presented and hired. The Client authorizes Team Hired to charge the payment method on file for the applicable placement fee once it becomes due under this agreement.

*No Hire, No Placement Fee: If the candidate does not accept the Client’s job offer, no placement fee will be due. The $1.00 interview fee remains separate from the placement fee and is not contingent upon a successful hire.

*Hiring Decision: The Client agrees to notify Team Hired in writing of its hiring decision within forty-eight (48) business hours following the scheduled interview. Notification must indicate whether the candidate has been hired or rejected.

*Completion of Services: Team Hired’s obligations under this agreement shall be deemed fully satisfied upon the candidate’s acceptance of the Client’s offer of employment. At that time, the applicable placement fee becomes immediately due and payable and may be charged to the payment method on file.

*(Program Purpose: This program provides employers with a low-risk opportunity to experience Team Hired’s Signature Recruiting process. Clients pay $1.00 to interview a qualified candidate, with no upfront placement fee. The applicable placement fee is charged only when the Client hires a candidate and the candidate accepts the offer of employment.
