Personalized confirmations/ pre-screening of candidates, resulting in a 30-40% show rate
Hands-on support from our executive level team, including a personalized phone consultation to go over best practices to ensure you are set up for success.

Team Hired Terms of Agreement

As part of our agreement with you (Client), we (Team Hired) agree to help you with private, customized recruiting, as outlined below in the Custom Package Details section.

Team Hired utilizes our proprietary Virtual Interview Process (VIP) methodology to place eligible candidates in front of each Client.

Custom Package Details
Each payment draw is for one (1) specified position as outlined in the Client onboarding session.
	• $14,997 total payment
    		• $5,000 non-refundable payment upfront
   		• $9,997 billed to the card on file upon hire

Included in Each Team Hired Recruiting Package
*A detailed onboarding consultation with our Senior Account Manager to acquaint new Clients with our process;
*A dedicated Account Manager who will be our Client’s personal point of contact throughout the hiring process;
*Paid job ads are crafted, posted, and monitored for each position;
*Candidate scheduling for each hiring event;
*Initial facilitation of each virtual interview;
*An interview guide and digital hiring course to help Clients better understand the VIP methodology;
*Candidate scheduling for final interviews to determine a job offer; 
*Paid access to candidate tracking and scheduling software tools.

Virtual Interview Process 
Team Hired utilizes a unique Virtual Interview Process (VIP) to conduct your job searches. There will be no in-person meetings for the first interview hiring event(s). If you choose to utilize in-person final interviews, the dedicated Account Manager will facilitate your request.

Hiring Event Cancellation Policy 
Should any scheduled hiring events be unattended or canceled by the Client, the number of interview attendees who attend the meeting will count towards any monthly package allotment.

Second Interview Facilitation
Team Hired will not facilitate or participate in final job interviews requiring Team Hired employees to make a hiring decision on behalf of the Client.

Replacement Hires
Should the client extend a job offer to a Candidate and the Candidate accepts the position then exits within sixty (60) days of employment, Team Hired will provide one (1) replacement candidate for an additional non-refundable fee of $5,000.00.

Licensed Hires
Team Hired does not guarantee or verify any Candidate licensing (if any).

Cancellations and Pauses
All cancellations and pauses must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager. 

Package Transfers
Should the Client purchase a recruitment package and choose to transfer it to another agent, this request must be made in writing. Both the Transferor and the Transferee will be required to state that they agree with moving the services to the new agent. Team Hired will require that the Transferee sign a new contract for the package (sans payment). Team Hired is also not responsible for any financial agreement between the Transferor and Transferee.

Additional Hiring 
Should the Client choose to continue hiring for additional positions, the pricing model will follow the same model as this contract. Client can request additional hiring in writing to admin@teamhired.com or to his or her Sales Representative or assigned Account Manager.

Party Responsibilities
Client acknowledges that Team Hired is responsible for supplying a minimum of the required number of hiring events as outlined in this contract. Client also acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the Client to secure their new hire, including extending job offers, presenting the compensation plan, and securing licensing (if required). 

Access to Supplementary Software Systems
Included with Team Hired services, Client has complementary access to Jarvi, a candidate sourcing and training CRM. Upon cancelation or conclusion of Client’s Team Hired services, Client’s Jarvi subscription will be automatically renewed and billed on a monthly basis for $179 unless the client requests cancellation in writing. Should cancellation of the Jarvi service occur, Client will lose access to any candidate data stored in the system.
