Clients can purchase these through either their Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager. * Team Hired does not guarantee hires but the intended goal throughout the process is for the client to obtain one to two hires per six months. * Most Clients choose to continue hiring services beyond the initial first month. To prevent delays in service, Team Hired’s subscription service bills every 30 days until the client notifies either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager in writing. * After the initial month of service, the agreement will continue to renew on a month-to-month basis unless written notice is supplied to billing@teamhired.com, or to the Client’s Sales Representative or assigned Account Manager. The Client can sign up again or discontinue services by taking no further action. * Client may use packages to interview and hire for multiple positions, businesses, and/or locations with fourteen (14) days written notice. * Should the Client opt to switch hiring efforts from one position, business, and/or location to another position, business, and/or location, the Client must provide Team Hired with written notice at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next scheduled hiring event. * Client may also set up a role or job rotation every 4 weeks on a predetermined schedule and may change the schedule at any time if the client gives fourteen (14) days written notice or more on any changes to the schedule. * Client will be responsible for all scheduling, including initial and subsequent interviews, follow-ups, and job offers. * Client may cancel the Agreement and Payments with fourteen (14) days written notice. * Client may interview and hire as few or as many as he or she would like to from the pool of candidates each month. Team Hired Terms of Agreement As part of our agreement with you (Client), we (Team Hired) agree to provide you with marketing and hiring events throughout the month. By choosing an Essentials package, Team Hired does not limit the number of interviews or hires by the Client. This package is a recurring charge for each month of service with a one-month commitment. Team Hired utilizes our proprietary Virtual Interview Process (VIP) methodology to introduce eligible candidates to the Client. Included in Each Team Hired Recruiting Package *A detailed onboarding consultation with our Senior Account Manager to acquaint new Clients with our process; *Up to 50 candidate profiles per month of service; *A digital interview guide; *Online licensing course to facilitate candidate licensing for unlicensed candidates available for 25% off standard pricing; *Access to our digital candidate database. Virtual Interview Process Team Hired utilizes a unique Virtual Interview Process (VIP) to conduct your job searches. There are no in-person meetings with candidates for the first interview hiring event. If there is a preference for second or subsequent interviews to be in-person, the Client is responsible for scheduling those with the prospective hire(s). Hiring Event Cancellation Policy Should any scheduled hiring events be unattended or canceled by the Client, the number of interview attendees who show up to the meeting will count towards the total monthly package allotment (if applicable). Second Interview Facilitation Team Hired will not facilitate or participate in final job interviews that would require Team Hired employees to make a hiring decision on behalf of the Client. Replacement Hires Should the client extend a job offer to a Candidate and the Candidate accepts the position, Team Hired does not provide replacement candidates if the Candidate does not work out. Licensed Hires Team Hired does not guarantee that a Candidate has his or her insurance license. Contract Term Changes Should the Client adjust the filters on the job search from the originally discussed terms, a new agreement must be agreed upon in writing prior to changes to any job ads, candidate headhunting, or other efforts. Filters commonly reduce the total number of candidates and can interfere with allotment guarantees. Package Change Requests All requests to upgrade to an Always Be Hiring or a Standard Package must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager. All increases will be charged to the card on file; any balance will be used as a credit toward the next month’s invoice. Cancellations and Refunds All requests to cease continual hiring services must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager within fourteen (14) days of his/her next billing date. Any refund must be requested within thirty (30) days of the signing of the contract, including partial refunds for any multi-hire packages. Any cancellations after 30 days will be issued as a credit towards a future hiring event for the Client. Package Transfers Should the Client purchase a recruitment package and choose to transfer it to another agent, this request must be made in writing. Both the Transferor and the Transferee will be required to state that they agree with moving the services to the new agent. Team Hired will require that the Transferee sign a new contract for the package (sans payment). Team Hired is also not responsible for any financial agreement between the Transferor and Transferee. Additional Hiring As the Always Be Hiring packages allow for uncapped hires, Clients may hire as many candidates as they choose. However, Team Hired does not guarantee a particular number of hires per month of service. Party Responsibilities Client acknowledges that Team Hired is responsible for supplying a minimum of the required number of hiring events as outlined in this contract. Client also acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the Client to secure their new hire, including extending job offers, presenting the compensation plan, and securing licensing (if required). By signing below, you agree to these terms. Filter Change Acknowledgement * I understand that changing the filters of my job search will require an additional written agreement prior to making any changes to this package. Attendance Acknowledgement * I understand that if I do not attend my interview, the candidates who attend will count toward my package allotment/event allocation.
