As part of the Facebook special offer, we will charge your card $1 as a deposit. If you like the candidate you meet with, we will charge the card on file the remaining $1,996 for a total of $1,997. If the candidate is not a good fit for you, we will happily refund your money. If events are cancelled by the Client, the number of confirmed interviews that have already been scheduled will count towards the total number of allowable interviews in your plan. Team Hired utilizes our proprietary Virtual Interview Process (VIP) methodology to place eligible candidates in front of each Client. Included in Each Team Hired Recruiting Package *1 Hire or Up to 10 Interviews with Licensed Candidates (whichever comes first) *A detailed onboarding consultation with our Senior Account Manager to acquaint new Clients with our process; *A dedicated Account Manager who will be our Client’s personal point of contact throughout the hiring process; *Paid job ads are crafted, posted, and monitored for each position; *Candidate scheduling for each hiring event; *Facilitation of and participation in virtual hiring events; *An interview guide and digital hiring course to help Clients better understand the VIP methodology; *Candidate scheduling for final interviews to determine a job offer Virtual Interview Process Team Hired utilizes a unique Virtual Interview Process (VIP) to conduct your job searches. There will be no in-person meetings for first interview hiring events. If you choose to utilize in-person final interviews, the dedicated Account Manager will facilitate your request. Hiring Event Cancellation Policy Should scheduled hiring events be cancelled by the Client, the number of confirmed interviews that have already been scheduled will count towards the total number of allowable interviews in the Client’s plan. Interview Facilitation If the Client is unable to be present for a scheduled first hiring event, we will facilitate the virtual interview on the Client’s behalf. However, Team Hired will not facilitate or participate in final job interviews that would require us to make a hiring decision on behalf of the Client. Replacement Hires Should the client extend a job offer to a Candidate and the Candidate accepts the position, Team Hired does not provide replacement candidates in the event that the Candidate does not work out. Licensed Hires Team Hired’s responsibility is to find Candidates who are already P&C insurance licensed. However, it is up to the Customer to verify Candidate’s ability to work. Cancellations and Refunds All cancellations must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager. At cancellation, the Client may choose to (a) pause their package for use at a later time within twelve (12) months from the date of the contract or (b) choose to have the credit card on file to be refunded for the package amount. Any refund must be requested within thirty (30) days of the signing of the contract, including partial refunds for any multi-hire packages. Any cancellations after 30 days will be issued as a credit towards a future hiring event for the Client. Package Transfers Should a Client purchase a recruitment package and choose to transfer it to another agent, this request must be made in writing. Both the Transferor and the Transferee will be required to state that they are in agreement with moving the services to the new agent. Team Hired will require that the Transferee sign a new contract for the package (sans payment). Team Hired is also not responsible for any financial agreement between the Transferor and Transferee. Additional Hiring In the event that a Client chooses to continue hiring after his or her package allotment has been reached, Team Hired can facilitate hiring additional candidates at the negotiated price of $1,500.00 per hire. This includes extending job offers to more Candidates from the same hiring event that were procured by Team Hired’s efforts. Charges for additional hires shall be made to the credit card already on file. Party Responsibilities Client acknowledges that Team Hired is responsible for supplying a minimum of the required number of candidates as outlined in this contract; Team Hired will also assist with scheduling second interviews with candidates chosen by Client. Client also acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the Client to secure their new hire, including extending job offers, presenting the compensation plan, and securing licensing (if required).
