These employees, while hired and paid through Team Hired, are considered employees of the Client’s agents and work solely on tasks related to insurance carrier-approved, TCPA-compliant leads supplied by the Client. Team Hired’s role is limited to passing payroll to these agents and providing basic management oversight. Team Hired does not engage in lead selling, warm transfers, or telemarketing services, ensuring full alignment with TCPA compliance. This agreement strictly encompasses staffing and administrative support only. Included in Each Team Hired Staffing Package: • Onboarding and Management Support: Initial onboarding consultation with our Staffing Management team to guide the Client through the staffing support processes. • Dedicated Sales Support Agent: A full-time or part-time sales support agent hired on behalf of the Client, specifically to work with TCPA-compliant leads approved by the insurance carrier and supplied by the Client’s agents. Hiring and firing of any employee is at discretion of the agency owner. • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Weekly and monthly reports to assist the Client in overseeing the tasks and performance of their assigned employee. Employment Structure and Role Definitions The sales support agents provided through Team Hired are employees of the Client’s agents and act exclusively under the Client’s direction. Full-time employees work 40 hours per week, and part-time employees work 20 hours per week. Team Hired’s role is limited to providing payroll administration and basic operational management of these employees without direct involvement in compliance decisions or telemarketing activities. Modifications to Staffing Requirements Any requests to modify the number of staffing agents or adjust staffing criteria must be made in writing and mutually agreed upon by both parties before changes are implemented. Payment and Service Adjustments • Payment: The Client pays a recurring fee to Team Hired to cover the payroll and management services provided to support the Client’s employees. • Requests for Adjustments: Any adjustments to the staffing package, such as increasing or decreasing staffing levels, must be made in writing to the assigned Sales Representative or Staffing Management team. Adjustments will reflect in the next billing cycle. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are available within thirty (30) days of contract signing; cancellations beyond this period will result in a credit toward future services. Interview Process for Staffing Candidates Upon payment, the Client may participate in an interview session with pre-vetted staffing candidates from Team Hired. This allows the Client to select an agent who aligns best with the role requirements using carrier-approved leads provided by the Client’s agents. Billing Terms Payment for one calendar month of staffing support services is due at sign-up. Billing will pause during the interview period and resume upon the new agent’s start date, with each billing date resetting to one calendar month from that date. Agent Terminations and Replacements Should the assigned agent resign or be terminated, billing will pause while Team Hired arranges for a replacement. Once a replacement is selected, billing will resume based on the new start date. Client Responsibilities The Client acknowledges and agrees to: • Provide TCPA-Compliant Leads: The Client is fully responsible for supplying insurance carrier-approved, TCPA-compliant leads. • TCPA Compliance: Team Hired does not handle TCPA compliance verification or lead generation. The Client retains full responsibility for ensuring all leads meet TCPA and insurance carrier compliance standards. Additional Terms Team Hired provides no guarantees regarding the number of calls or lead engagements per month. This agreement pertains solely to staffing and administrative support for the Client’s employees, with no involvement in telemarketing or lead generation activities. By signing below, you agree to these terms and affirm your understanding that Team Hired serves strictly as a staffing and administrative support provider, with no involvement in direct marketing, lead generation, or warm transfer activity. Lead Volume Acknowledgement * I acknowledge that I am responsible for providing leads, whether via list or direct post, to Team Hired to call.
