Team Hired Terms of Agreement

Service: Team Hired will provide ongoing recruiting support through its Signature Recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, screening, recruiting ads, interview coordination, and account management.

Monthly Cost: The Client agrees to pay:

$997/month Signature Recruiting service fee
$500/month managed recruitment advertising spend
$1,497/month total

Both charges apply every month during the selected agreement term.

Agreement Term: The Client agrees to either a 6-month or 12-month commitment. The Client is responsible for the full monthly payment of $847 throughout the selected term.

Advertising Spend: The required $250 monthly advertising spend will be managed by Team Hired for recruitment advertising. Additional advertising spend must be approved by the Client.

No Guaranteed Candidate Volume: Team Hired does not guarantee a specific number of applicants, candidates, interviews, or hires. Results may vary based on position requirements, compensation, location, licensing requirements, candidate availability, and market conditions.

Hiring Decisions: Team Hired will assist with recruiting and interview coordination, but all hiring decisions remain solely with the Client. The Client is responsible for job offers, compensation discussions, license verification, background checks, and onboarding.

Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide accurate job information, participate in scheduled interviews, respond to candidates in a timely manner, and provide reasonable feedback throughout the recruiting process.

Cancellation: This Agreement is based on the selected 6- or 12-month commitment. Ending recruiting activity early does not remove the Client’s responsibility for the remaining monthly payments unless Team Hired agrees otherwise in writing.

Refunds: Monthly service fees and advertising funds already committed or spent are non-refundable.

Acknowledgment: By signing below, the Client agrees to the $847 recurring monthly charge, the selected 6- or 12-month commitment, and understands that Team Hired does not guarantee candidate volume or hiring results.

Filter Change Acknowledgement

I understand that changing the filters of my job search will require an additional written agreement prior to making any changes to this package.

Attendance Acknowledgement

I understand that if I do not attend my interview, the candidates who attend will count toward my package allotment/event allocation.
