The Employee Accountability Program Includes:

Two (2) daily group accountability meetings with enrolled team members.
One (1) end of day and one (1) monthly performance report for collective enrolled team members.
Metrics include: talk time, calls made, quotes, households connected with, and sales completed.
Collaborative learning experiences with peer-to-peer group employee meetings to provide motivation, brainstorming, and tactical discussions.
Assistance with providing business operational organization and structure to focus enrolled employees.
Outsourced, cost-effective sales management.

Team Hired Success Accelerator Accountability Program Terms of Agreement

As part of our agreement with you (Client), we (Team Hired) agree to provide performance accountability and metric-based reporting for your team. 

This package includes:
• Two (2) daily group accountability meetings with enrolled team members.
• One (1) end of day and one (1) monthly performance report for collective enrolled team members.
• Metrics include: talk time, calls made, quotes, households connected with, and sales completed.
• Collaborative learning experiences with peer-to-peer group employee meetings to provide motivation, brainstorming, and tactical discussions.
• Assistance with providing business operational organization and structure to focus enrolled employees.
• Outsourced, cost-effective sales management.

Team Hired does not provide sales coaching with this program, nor does it guarantee specific performance outcomes. Additionally, Team Hired will not issue refunds should the employee fail to complete the course after beginning it.

Package Transfers
Should a Client purchase a licensing package and choose to transfer it to another agent, this request must be made in writing. Both the Transferor and the Transferee will be required to state that they are in agreement with moving the services to the new agent. Team Hired will require that the Transferee sign a new contract for the package (sans payment). Team Hired is also not responsible for any financial agreement between the Transferor and Transferee.
