Team Hired Recruiting Loyalty Bundle Program

Exclusive to existing Team Hired Outbound Sales:

Dedicated recruiter actively managing your recruiting pipeline
Up to 5 qualified candidates scheduled directly to your calendar
Candidates count toward package fulfillment once scheduled, regardless of interview attendance
Recruiting and Telemarketing services run simultaneously
Discounted pricing is available only while maintaining both active Team Hired services
If either Recruiting or Telemarketing service is terminated or discontinued, the loyalty bundle will end and any discounted pricing applied to the remaining service will be forfeited. The remaining service will revert to its standard pricing moving forward.

Package Details

BILLING TERMS: Loyalty Bundle (Monthly)

* Eligibility: This Loyalty Bundle is available exclusively to clients who maintain an active Team Hired Telemarketing service at $1,997 per month.

*Loyalty Pricing: As part of this program, the Client will receive a 60% discount on Team Hired’s Signature Recruiting service. The discounted recruiting fee is $1,000 per month.

* Service Requirements: The discounted recruiting rate is contingent upon the Client maintaining both the Telemarketing and Recruiting services concurrently. If either service is canceled or terminated, the Loyalty Bundle discount will no longer apply, and standard recruiting rates will apply to any continued recruiting services.

*Recruiting Services Included: The Signature Recruiting service includes:
  –A dedicated Team Hired Recruiter assigned to manage the Client’s recruiting pipeline.
  –Recruitment marketing, applicant management, and candidate communication.
  — Scheduling of up to five (5) candidate interviews per monthly billing cycle directly onto the Client’s calendar.

* Interview Fulfillment: The scheduling of an interview constitutes fulfillment of one candidate opportunity, regardless of whether the candidate or Client attends the interview or whether a hiring decision is made.

* Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to maintain accurate interview availability and make reasonable efforts to attend scheduled interviews to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting service.

*Program Purpose: The Recruiting Loyalty Bundle is intended to reward existing Team Hired Telemarketing clients with preferred recruiting pricing while providing a fully managed recruiting solution designed to increase hiring success.

Team Hired Terms of Agreement

As part of our agreement with you (Client), we (Team Hired) agree to help you reach a certain number of hires. By choosing the Always Be Hiring recruitment package, Team Hired does not limit the number of interviews or hires by the Client. This package is a recurring charge for each month of service.

Team Hired utilizes our proprietary Virtual Interview Process (VIP) methodology to place eligible candidates in front of each Client.

Included in Each Team Hired Recruiting Package
*A detailed onboarding consultation with our Senior Account Manager to acquaint new Clients with our process;
*A dedicated Account Manager who will be our Client’s personal point of contact throughout the hiring process;
*Paid job ads are crafted, posted, and monitored for each position;
*Candidate scheduling for each hiring event;
*Facilitation of and participation in virtual hiring events;
*An interview guide and digital hiring course to help Clients better understand the VIP methodology;
*Online licensing course to facilitate candidate licensing for unlicensed candidates.

Virtual Interview Process 
Team Hired utilizes a unique Virtual Interview Process (VIP) to conduct your job searches. There are no in-person meetings with candidates for the first interview hiring event. If there is a preference for second or subsequent interviews to be in-person, the Client is responsible for scheduling those with the prospective hire(s).

Hiring Event Cancellation Policy 
Should any scheduled hiring events be unattended or canceled by the Client, the number of interview attendees who show up to the meeting will count towards the total monthly package allotment.

Second Interview Facilitation
Team Hired will not facilitate or participate in final job interviews that would require Team Hired employees to make a hiring decision on behalf of the Client.

Replacement Hires
Should the client extend a job offer to a Candidate and the Candidate accepts the position, Team Hired does not provide replacement candidates if the Candidate does not work out.

Licensed Hires
Team Hired does not guarantee that a Candidate has his or her insurance license.

Contract Term Changes
Should the Client adjust the filters on the job search from the originally discussed terms, a new agreement must be agreed upon in writing prior to changes to any job ads, candidate headhunting, or other efforts. Filters commonly reduce the total number of candidates and can interfere with allotment guarantees.

Package Change Requests
All requests to exchange an Always Be Hiring package for a Standard Package must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager. All increases will be charged to the card on file; any balance will be used as a credit toward the next month’s invoice.

Cancellations and Refunds
All requests to cease continual hiring services must be made in writing to either the Client’s Sales Representative or their assigned Account Manager within fourteen (14) days of his/her next billing date. 

Any refund must be requested within thirty (30) days of the signing of the contract, including partial refunds for any multi-hire packages. Any cancellations after 30 days will be issued as a credit towards a future hiring event for the Client. 

Package Transfers
Should the Client purchase a recruitment package and choose to transfer it to another agent, this request must be made in writing. Both the Transferor and the Transferee will be required to state that they agree with moving the services to the new agent. Team Hired will require that the Transferee sign a new contract for the package (sans payment). Team Hired is also not responsible for any financial agreement between the Transferor and Transferee.

Additional Hiring 
As the Always Be Hiring packages allow for uncapped hires, Clients may hire as many candidates as they choose. However, Team Hired does not guarantee a particular number of hires per month of service.

Party Responsibilities
Client acknowledges that Team Hired is responsible for supplying a minimum of the required number of hiring events as outlined in this contract. Client also acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the Client to secure their new hire, including extending job offers, presenting the compensation plan, and securing licensing (if required).

Filter Change Acknowledgement

I understand that changing the filters of my job search will require an additional written agreement prior to making any changes to this package.

Attendance Acknowledgement

I understand that if I do not attend my interview, the candidates who attend will count toward my package allotment/event allocation.
