Team Hired Terms of Agreement

As part of our agreement with you (Customer), we (Team Hired) agree to help you reach a certain number of hires. Each package level has a specific number of hires, as outlined below:

• Bronze Package – One (1) Hire or 10 Interviews
• Silver Package – Two (2) Hires or 20 Interviews
• Gold Package – Three (3) Hires or 30 Interviews
• Platinum Package – Four (4) Hires or 40 Interviews
• Titanium Package – Five (5) Hires or 50 Interviews

If events are cancelled by the Customer, the number of confirmed interviews that have already been scheduled will count towards the total number of allowable interviews in your plan.

We will provide you with a PDF sign-in sheet that you can screenshot to us at the end of each hiring event to make documentation easier.

Within 24 hours following each career event, you are required to submit your sign-in sheet and to disclose the names of candidates you are considering hiring. If we are unable to assess your results each week, the Team Hired policy is to pause all job ads until we speak with you or your designated representative to ensure that our efforts are meeting your needs accurately.

Should you hire additional candidates with whom employment relationships were facilitated by Team Hired’s efforts, you agree to pay an additional fee of $1,000.00 per hire. This fee will be billed to the credit card we have on file for you and an invoice will be sent to the email address you have provided to us.
